One of the Stylish & Beautiful Cuckoo in the cuckoo family, Identified by its long tail, stylish black crown , white underbelly and rufous color in wings and neck. Fruits, Insects & Worms are part of the diet.
Sighting : January - March ( need more tracking )
Searching for this bird for very long time inside the campus but could not able to get sight of it. But one fine morning on 28th January 2021 spotted it for the first time that too from my balcony inside the campus, immediately took my camera and captured it but it flew away and didn't get good shot. then have wait for two more months, on the first week of march it came very closer to my balcony and remained calm and silent and got a good close shot .

The early morning sun was starting to rise, casting a faint glow over the snow-capped peaks. I wandered to the riverside for a brief moment, just absorbing the serenity and vastness of the landscape. After returning to the guest room to warm up, I went to grab a cup of hot tea.
